This is how the team resonance workshop works
Online introduction to resonance
4-6 weeks before the workshop, we will give your team a short online introduction to resonance and explain the background of the resonance analysis.
First resonance analysis
3-4 weeks before the workshop, the team receives a link to the anonymous online survey. We discuss the results of the resonance analysis together in the workshop and use it as a basis to identify development areas for the team.
Briefing on the results
On request, we will discuss the results with the team leader in advance and jointly determine the priorities for the workshop.
Facilitation of the workshop
We facilitate the team workshop at your premises or - for distributed teams - also virtually. In doing so, we make resonance tangible for your team through interactive exercises - playfully, with fun and oriented to the needs of the participants. We collect team development topics in a backlog and jointly derive initial concrete measures to improve the conditions for resonance in your team.
Documentation and de-briefing
In a de-briefing meeting with the team leader, we discuss how the team can independently continue the process of agile team development based on resonance.

Resonance is the decisive success factor for the healthy and high performance of teams. Resonant teams are better able to deal with uncertainties, crises and ambiguities and actively shape change. A good employee experience makes it easier for them to attract motivated employees and retain them in the long term.
The aim of the workshop is to deepen the quality of relationships within the team and thus to sustainably improve team performance. To this end, we discuss how psychological safety, self-effectiveness, purpose and ambiguity tolerance in the team can be strengthened and how the conditions for team resonance can be created. We do all this in a fun way, with linteractive team building activities and lots of fun and joy.
The results of the resonance analysis make the current state of resonance within the team visible. On this basis, we can talk openly about critical topics, identify areas of action for improving team collaboration and agree on concrete measures and changes in behavior in everyday team life.
The team resonance workshop is suitable for all teams with up to 20 team members at all hierarchical levels and from all fields of activity. The workshop is also suitable for project teams or several specialist teams at one interface (e.g. IT - business).
